Our leaders - Our Pastors...all the members of the Faith Springs Fellowship.

Our Head Pastor is Bob Gilfert. Bob was born 3-29-51 in Erie Pennsylvania. Moved to Fern Creek, KY [a suburb of Louisville] in 1959. Graduated in 1969, Fern Creek High School. Grew up Southern Baptist. Upon graduation spent two semesters at University of Kentucky and then began a long journey exploring many diverse spiritual schools of thought. Joined the Methodist Church in 1994. Was instrumental in building a contemporary service at St. Michaels UMC, in Arizona, and was the worship leader from 1994 -1999. Receiving a deeper call to ministry entered Claremont School of Theology and continues working through the United Methodist Course of Study and Advanced Course of Study. Appointed to Parker UMC, in Arizona, as local pastor 2000-2005. Recognizing a call to plant churches, attended School of Congregational Development in 2004 and is currently a Fitzgerald Pastor with The Global Board of Discipleship. Appointed to plant a church in Southwest Las Vegas 2005.
